It is the policy of INTEGRITY to conduct business in a socially responsible and ethical manner that seeks to protect the environment. We believe in the importance of the natural environment and the significance of the ecosystem’s sustainability. We recognise the lasting and permanent presence of our work activities, and strive to protect the environment by upholding effective and efficient environmental and sustainable practices as part of everyday business.INTEGRITY pledges to:

Safety policy

It is never too early to plan for safety. Creating a safe and healthy work environment is a part of INTEGRITY’s dynamic culture. We do not compromise the health and safety of our people. Our safety practices includes:

To ensure the health and safety of our workforce and the people who live and work close to our projects
To evaluate the risks from the work and establish safety measures before performing every task
Our staffs are proactive in continually monitoring and reporting any new hazards so that accidents can be avoided
Visiting project sites frequently to ensure that resources are available to implement the health and safety policy properly
To take emergency measures and provide first aid immediately during an occupational accident
To investigate causes and take appropriate measures to prevent the recurrence of similar or other accidents
Providing health insurance for people who are working in our sites

Quality policy

INTEGRITY has a documented and implemented quality control system in accordance with all the requirements of client’s specification or Constructional Manual. Quality Control is always a prior issue in INTEGRITY. Just like safety, we pay rigorous attention to quality which is embedded into our culture. So we make sure that we have well trained employees and tools to take individual responsibility for quality and to produce superior results. All of our engineers, Supervisors and workers stay under keen observation to maintain the assured quality, so that We can always achieve the best compliment from our respective clients.
